CARBONARA DAY – double Carbonara tasting around Rome
How to give up one of the typical dishes of Roman cuisine? And if for one evening with your motorbike you join us for the tasting of a plate of carbonara with a challenge between two of the best restaurateurs in the capital?
Gathering at the La DUCATESSA store, first stop with first tasting in one of the coolest districts of Rome to then continue with the second stop at a second restaurant and taste the creation of the second chef. At the end you will be able to vote and decree the best carbonara.
